My nursing career taught me that meaningful change rarely happens overnight. It happens one decision, one lesson, and one small step at a time.
I’m bringing that same mindset into this next chapter.
If you’re building something new too, you’re in the right place.
Bailey On The Daily
From Bedside Nursing to Building Something of My Own
For more than ten years, I worked at the bedside as a nurse—caring for people during some of the hardest, most vulnerable moments of their lives. Those years shaped me in ways I never expected. I learned how to stay calm when everything around me felt chaotic, how to listen when someone simply needed to be heard, and how important compassion, communication, and teamwork really are.
Nursing also taught me resilience.
There were long shifts, difficult days, emotional moments, and countless times when I had to adapt quickly and keep moving forward. But there were also incredible patients, coworkers, and experiences that reminded me just how much strength people carry within them.
Over time, I started thinking about what I wanted my own next chapter to look like.
I was grateful for everything nursing had given me, but I also wanted to create something outside of the bedside—something that gave me more flexibility, creativity, and ownership over my time.
That curiosity led me into the world of online business.
I began learning about digital products, Pinterest, content creation, ecommerce, and the many different ways people are building income online. Like most people starting something new, I didn’t have everything figured out. I learned by trying, adjusting, researching, making mistakes, and continuing anyway.
That journey eventually became Bailey on the Daily.
Today, this space is where I share practical ideas, useful resources, and the things I’m learning about building income online, growing with Pinterest, creating digital products, and designing a life with more options.
